Samedayfish is a wild harvest seafood cooperative that highlights social and environmental responsibility as an essential component of its existence. We shun the products of mechanised mass harvesting and so will only offer seafood hunter/gathered naturally, in the rhythm of nature. Thus our seafood varies seasonally or according to the dictates of the moon cycles and the safety of the fisherfolk.

Why the freshest?

For our customers our focus is to guarantee that we sell fresh fish the day it was caught. Or if frozen/smoked, we freeze/smoke it on the day it was caught to retain its fresh qualities. We are committed to this.

Why the cleanest?

For the Samedayfish cooperative only ice chilling is acceptable for keeping the fish optimal. A total ban on formaldehyde or other artificial preserving methods is stringently applied. The fish are also hunted by hand in the underpopulated, clean seas off northern Mt Agung.
