Pastured Organic Heritage Beef
Although unrelated to most European cattle breeds, Bali Sapi/beef is exclusively sourced from the domesticated form of the wild Javan Banteng. It is a form of beef that is traditional to Indonesia and developed in Bali over centuries.
It is an exceptionally lean red meat, closer to deer than meat typical to northern hemisphere cattle breeds and is renowned for its tenderness. Bali Sapi thrives in tropical conditions and although a small breed and carrying a light muscle mass, it makes up for its size with the exceptional textural quality of its meat.
Wanaprasta does not use hormones, antibiotics or corn or seed-based artificial feeds. Grown entirely on natural pasture the Wanaprasta Sapi can offer meat high in omega 3s and rich in vitamins and minerals. The breed and pastured nature of the Bali Sapi also guarantees beef bone broths of exceptional nutritional quality.
