Wanaprasta Pastured Organic is the only supplier of fully heritage, pastured organic, free range pork in Bali.

Fed seasonally without any artificial manufactured industrial stock feeds, Wanaprasta's pork is grown under mango forests rich in a diet of fallen fruits. This is why we define our pork by the seasons. Thus, Mango fed heritage pork is available for several months of the year. The other months are defined by rambutan, mangosteen, pumpkin and banana.

We only select prime cuts for sausage. Although It’s typical for sausage makers to use waste cuts to fill sausage, we have chosen to commit ourselves to quality above all other considerations. So our commitment is to only use the highest quality of prime pork.

We reject all forms of fillers so can happily guarantee our sausages are gluten free. Prime cuts, from Bangkal Hitam heritage pigs, grown in a seasonal free range environment defines our exceptional sausages and mince.
